Regional Division Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and minimum 5 years managerial experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Background in sales of motors and generators or drives is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid customer focus mindset, systematic and target-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels in a multi-culture environment.
- Good leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original market/industry opportunities.
- Flexibility for business travel (up to 50%).
- Fluent English skills are mandatory.
