**Your responsibilities**:

- Main point of reference for the ERP domain service for control and compliance problems, policies and compliance with shared protocols.
- Responsible to drive and support in shaping IT General Controls within the ERP Domain and serve as a reference for all ERP.
- Provide internal control expertise, trainings and process improvements to ITGC process owners, control owners & performers, manage to have effective controls in place.
- Oversee, monitor and follow up the execution of the ITGC activities (e.g. Control performance, CPCP, Process walkthrough, etc.)
- Reviews controls supporting documentation on monthly basis, provides feedback to service owner, trains and mobilizes the service teams to meet requirements.
- Coordinates ERP Domain audits related with policies, procedures, corporate standards in the field of financial, operational, IS and service risks.
- Addressing post-audits recommendations and remediating audit findings
- Responsible for Financial Reporting (SOX) controls with a broader understanding of financial controls compliance and conducting internal domain Financial Reporting (SOX) training.
- Review of controls evidence documentation ensuring quality compliance and timeliness.
- Working out standard ways of documenting controls evidence.
- Identification of risks in the ERP domain service line and initiative in designing controls.
- Proactiveness and innovation: introduce new or modified work processes to drive effectiveness in ensuring meeting control requirements;
- Ensures work in the delivery domain is compliant with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and Innovation; ABB IS Strategy, Strategic partnership & program, ABB IS Sourcing, ABB IS Governance, Risk & compliance, ABB IS Info Security and any other applicable ABB Regulations and ABB Group Guidelines, especially ABB IS Guidelines and Directive, which deal with IS service delivery.

**Your background**:

- Over 10 years of IS compliance experience in a complex IS environment. Experience in SAP environment is highly desirable.
- Desirable to have 2+ years on a similar position within internal audit / finance; or external audit company;
- Expert understanding of compliance standards, guidelines and frameworks like Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Control over Financial Reporting, ISO, SSAE 16, Data privacy laws and regulations, GDPR, COBIT, TOGAF, etc.
- Good understanding of business environment, industry standards and emerging trends.
- Excellent analytical skills able to work under time pressure
- Open-minded and willing to widen knowledge and experience
- Influencing and providing feedback skills
- Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
- Interested in Compliance to ensure self-motivation
- High collaboration and customer service skills: with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and “can do” attitude (drives changes), strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferable: working knowledge of GRC, Solution Manager and Lean Six Sigma
