**The Opportunity**

As our successful Hub Sites Facilities Operation Lead you will lead and take accountability for Zurich Hub site facilities operations and management, standards, policies, processes and tools, supporting implementation and ensuring local adherence.

You will lead the local Facilities Operations Team within the EUCAN Real Estate, Facilities, and Procurement organization.

And enable the achievement of both regional and local, function-wide goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service delivery of facility operations, energy & sustainability, and construction project management for Zurich Hub site with a forward-looking eye towards improving facilities customer satisfaction, improving sustainability and environmental impact, and completing construction projects on time and at or under budget.
- Cultivate relationships with Business Units and Function Leads. Serve as the local point of contact for Facilities Operations and Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
- Develop, manage, and support implementation of facilities operations, IFM services, compliance of energy and sustainability programs, as well as policies and procedures. Establish communication channels to ensure internal alignment.
- Own relationship with IFM partner on a local basis, balancing user requirements, service levels and budget targets. Overseeing local vendor performance management
- Team together with wide variety of internal stakeholders. Establishing deep partnerships with both local business and Global Facilities Center of Excellence (CoEs) and negotiate solutions.
- Provide support and expertise for office build-outs.
- Manage and create visibility of KPIs and SLAs within Zurich. Develop action plans to make improvements and course correct as required.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the local facilities operation function and monitor industry best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 15 years working experience operating in similar size facility operation buildings
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with leadership in facilities operations, facilities and project management and building high-performing teams and capabilities
- Expertise in Change Management and the delivery of sustainable changes. Demonstrated abilities in high value project/program management.
- Experience working in a complex global environment, understanding national and international business practices, customs and markets.
- Exceptionally skilled at stakeholder management and customer interaction
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in facilities operations, FM services, project/program management and office planning & design
