766 million patients were reached with Novartis medicines. - As Head Operations Small Molecules & Specialty Gx you will be responsible for the development and institutionalization of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and development of people capability in OpEx within the Small Molecules and Anti-infectives platform.**Your key responsibilities**: - Lead cultural change and institutionalization of Operational Excellence within the SM & AI through Implementation of Global OpEx Model and govern all Site OpEx programs; Develop and sustain OpEx at site, by collaborating with the sites to develop and deliver on annual OpEx objectives; Supporting overall improvements in quality, service, productivity, and efficiency in the cluster and sites by proper deployment of Road Maps; Regular review and challenge of deployment with Site Leaders; Oversee site KPIs OpEx related - Work within the organization at all levels utilizing a very "hands-on" approach to creating value and buy-in as the lead change driver. - Develop, deploy and manage the Communication / Branding and Change Management Plan for the cluster. - Building OpEx capability across the cluster, by providing training, mentorship and coaching to OpEx leads at site level Facilitate the sharing and leverage of best practice / expertise in the Cluster community and the Operational Excellence network. Other lan-guages desirable. - Lean 6-Sigma Black Belt Certification.
