**Strategic Quality Compliance & Performance Lead (all genders)**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled **Strategic** **Quality Compliance and Performance **Lead** to join our Consumer Healthcare (CH) Division. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing the division's global quality strategy, ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) is efficient, compliant, and resilient. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate compliance risks and optimize operational performance.

Reporting to the Global Quality Compliance & Continuous Improvement Head, you will take ownership of the development, monitoring, and reporting of the QMS, ensuring it meets both Health Authority and internal Bayer standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the **Global Quality Strategy** for the Consumer Healthcare division, removing obstacles to success and ensuring smooth execution.
- Create and review **Global Quality KPIs** across R&D, internal/external supply operations, ensuring data-driven performance insights.
- Proactively monitor **compliance risks**, using forward-looking risk indicators to anticipate and mitigate issues.
- Collaborate with regional and local quality leaders, sharing best practices and building resilience within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with **global Quality policies**, standards, and procedures.
- Provide quarterly updates on divisional quality performance to stakeholders, aligning with business outcomes.

**Key Working Relationships**:

- Collaborate with **Quality and PS organization leaders**, **Supply Chain**, **Project Management**, **Procurement**, **Regulatory Affairs**, and other key functions.
- Engage with **Bayer Corporate Quality** and external consultants as necessary to ensure alignment with global standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education** in life sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacology).
- Experience in **Quality Control**, **Quality Assurance**, or **Manufacturing** in the **Pharmaceutical** or **Food** industries.
- Strong knowledge of international **cGMP**, **ICH** requirements, and other quality assurance guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical messages for a broad audience.
- Highly **organized**, with the ability to analyze data trends and propose business solutions.
- Ability to manage teams in a matrixed environment, across both geographical and organizational boundaries.
