Sales & Logistics Intern (80-100%) - 12 Months

**Your responsabilities**
Under the supervision and guidance of the Sales & Logistics administrator, the Sales & Logistics intern:
- Organises international deliveries with our logistics;
- Time and progresses permitting, manages the invoicing of the goods delivered;
- Proposes & implements improvements of the IT tools supporting our logistics activities.
- Contacts our customers to plan deliveries.
- Organizes customs clearance & trucking with external partners - freight forwarders & carriers.
- Reports on the deliveries executed. (SAP, MS 360)
- If time and progress allow, takes over the invoicing of the goods delivered. (SAP)
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities of improvement of tools supporting the coordination, tracking and reporting of the deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned (invoicing, IT support, etc.)

**Your profile**
- You have a degree in Economy, Logistics or Sales
- You are fluent in English with good knowledge in French and/or German
