Quality Intern

**Position Overview**:
To strengthen its Quality team and collaborate with all the other departments, Bcomp is looking for a **Quality Intern.**

Depending on the profile, different improvement projects can be offered (system quality, operational quality, supplier quality, project quality, etc.)

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for back-office tasks and help manage the backlog
- Assist in maintaining the quality system and ensuring compliance with Bcomp standards
- Support the quality technician activities for internal production
- Help consolidate and deploy defect management reporting activities
- Participate in various quality improvements projects

**Qualifications and Personal Qualities**:

- Currently pursuing studies in **Quality Engineering** or a related field
- Trainee or junior experience in a quality role for at least 3 months is a real added value
- Language skills: Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), French is a real advantage
- IT skills: MS Office, standard IT tools and Power BI
- Able to work independently, cross-functionally and share relevant information with the team
- Organisational Skills**: Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to share relevant information effectively
- Positive and energetic spirit - anything is possible
