For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a**:Digital Product Roll-Out-Manager**
- Location: Basel or remote
- Duration: 01.09.22 - 31.12.22

Our client is currently running an exciting IT project that enables digital requesting and fulfillment of research activities (e.g., biochemical assays) in a large part of our clients pRED (Pharma Research and Early Discovery). The project will deliver four new digital products that will improve our operational efficiency but also change the way of working of many scientists in our organization. Our client is looking for an experienced project manager / coordinator that can coordinate and support the roll-out of the four digital products to hundreds of scientists at pRED.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Interact closely with and support the product owners of the four digital products to ensure efficient communication with users of the product and other stakeholders of the project
- Gain a general understanding of the four digital products to be able to explain and demonstrate the ‘end-to-end’ utilization (from request to material/data) of all products
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the onboarding process to the new digital products
- Support scientists to do configuration in the four systems or perform those configuration on the scientists behalf
- Prepare and potentially perform training and engagement sessions with new users as well as communication and outreach activities
- Collect feedback from users and potential customers of the four digital products and introduce them into the individual product backlog
- Discover, analyze, and refine the implementation of use cases supporting the work of scientists in pRED by engaging with different stakeholders and user representatives

**Must Haves**
- Min. Master degree in Natural Sciences or IT related field
- **Min. 5-7 years of experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator in software rollout projects, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry**:

- Strong experience in Change Management, preferred in an agile project setting
- **Hands
- on experience in process management and requirements engineering**:

- Agile experience (SAFe or Scrum)
- **_Ability to coach future software users and lead or support trainings/workshops_**:

- English fluent, German preferred
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Presentation skills, and process management skills

**Nice to Haves**
- pharma/client experience
- Experience in Drug Discovery
