Inyova stands for "invest in your values" and we're on a mission to make impact investing mainstream. **Your Role** Specifically, you will: - Own strategy, roadmap, backlog, and optimization for Marketing Website and Landing Pages - Own tracking and reporting for digital marketing - Generate and gather intelligence (A/B tests, qualitative and quantitative data, etc.) to prioritize tasks and backlogs - Lead the implementation of the new web features, working with engineers. - Implement campaigns by working with the marketing team and translators to get great content on our website in multiple languages through our Wordpress CMS. - Monitor the performance of Marketing Platforms (Website and Landing pages) to ensure that everything runs smoothly and we can respond to issues within minutes. **Your profile** As the Analytics and Performance Manager for Inyova's Marketing team, you: - live and breathe marketing insights and see it as the key driving force to scale businesses - are an experienced data analyst (4+ years experience), with extensive knowledge of Marketing Analytics & Tracking tools (fluency in GA, GA4, GTM is a must, additional tools - are a great plus) - have owned digital assets (and backlog), as well as have worked with CMSs (WordPress is a plus) - have worked extensively with Tracking implementation and monitoring - have a decent level of fluency with SQL - You will be a rock-star if, in addition to the above, you are able to read code (Angular, Rubi) - are great at communicating data through stories and collaborating cross-functionally - have an eagle eye for details and an uncompromising commitment to quality - are excited about the Inyova mission to mainstream impact investing - are proficient in English. German is a strong plus.
