**To strengthen our Commercial Category team, we are looking for a motivated **Buying Assistant 50% **to support** the team on all Admin and Master-Data tasks.**:
**Key tasks**:

- Master-Data, maintain and correct our Article-Data in SAP
- New Articles, support with the creation of New Articles (Vendor Portal)
- Price Changes, support our suppliers with the Vendor-Portal on Cost-Price changes and as well as the local team on the upload of new RSP’s
- Reporting and support with the preparation of supplier meetings and run Sales-Reports for our suppliers.
- Promotion, support the team to manage the local Promotions (both Price-Off’s and Non-Value offers)

**Your profile**:

- Well organized and structured work methodology
- Strong IT /Excel affinity and is keen to constantly learn how to deal with new technologies
- Communication skills in German** **and English language (written and verbal) any additional language is a plus.
- A “can do” attitude and contributes to our team spirit with hands-on mentality
- Resilience when it comes to high work volume and dealing with several topics at the same time
