Tasks

As a true entrepreneur, you will perform business
- and management-oriented functions to develop and monitor the company's activities.

You will be required to manage your profit center, continuously develop new opportunities by defining a strategy and defending project proposals. You are also responsible for recruiting new employees and managing teams of consultants.

Ambitious, autonomous and rigorous, you are one of the future leaders of the company.
- Define the commercial strategy (identify targets, promote agap2, develop the customer

base)
- Identify and recruit the best profiles on the market (management of the recruitment process)
- Manage your own client portfolio (Business Development)
- Manage your own team of consultants (technical follow-up, annual interview, daily support)

**Requirements**:

- Higher education in business or engineering school
- German native, English fluent
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, great energy and a strong sense of responsibility
- You have between 0 and 5 years of professional experience
