Wir haben unseren Hauptsitz in Zug (Schweiz) und ein Research and Development Team in Kyiv (Ukraine). Die Standorte arbeiten Hand in Hand, um unser Produkt weiterzuentwickeln und eine wachsende Gemeinschaft von IT-Dienstleistern und Entwicklern zu betreuen. Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machen wirst

**Unterstützung unseres CEO bei administrativen Tätigkeiten**:

- Erst Ansprechsperson für Management und Teams
- Koordinierung des Kalenders (Termine planen und koordinieren)
- Führung der E-Mail Inbox (Inbox Management, Filtering, etc.)
- Organisierung von interner Kommunikation/Meetings
- Organisation von Reisen (Events, Kundenmeetings)

**Stakeholder-management**:

- Planen von Board meetings
- Planen von Investor-Updates
- Protokollierung von Meetings

Qualifikation

- Organisationstalent
- Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung.
- Proaktives Handeln.
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Bonus: Bereits gesammelte Erfahrung im Startup-Bereich und dem Unternehmertum.
