**what.** is a consultancy that supports its clients with their web presence, the creation of digital products, and their growth. For our clients, we conceptualize and build digital products and enterprise websites.

As an agency, we have been growing and are now over 50 people that work closely together to support our clients. As we are introducing more structures and our Partners move towards less operation roles we are looking for someone that helps them achieve this.

As the Executive Assistant to the partners, you will support them in staying on top of things, and also keep them accountable. With excellent communication skills in both German and English, your structured, proactive approach, your eye for detail, and your diligence, you will be a great addition to our team.

As an agency, we always deal with many stakeholders, and experience in such an environment is a big plus.

We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to voice their opinions and contribute to the growth of our organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a mirror, helping us reflect and improve upon our practices.

At our digital agency, we strive to stay at the forefront of work processes and assist our clients in digitizing their businesses. As the Executive Assistant, you will be expected to be digitally savvy and lead by example in utilizing technology to enhance your work efficiency.

Your **responsibilities** are varied and wide-ranging:

- Supporting internal and external communication
- Organizing and managing events and meetings
- Document creation
- Collecting, analyzing data, and providing reports
