Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive business performance. This senior role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lead financial planning and reporting processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Swiss regulations and international standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a controlling role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
- Fluency in English; French is highly desirable.
