We offer a full time or part time (50%) position as Operation Excellence (OPEX) Intern for the duration of 6 to 12 months within our agile team environment that is in constant progression. The main target of this internship will be bringing operational excellence to the next level and create your own footprint to promote yourself for more to come within the company/area. Your future responsibilities will include supporting the OPEX team by creating documentation and support the teams in our worldwide locations with smooth process implementations whilst deploying a standardized structure. You will join our team as a results-oriented and focused-into-details individual, and we will assist you in reaching your full potential. Create presentations, reports and dashboards to help the OPEX team make the most appro-priate decisions Coordinate agendas and facilitate meetings Ensure the smooth flow of information, communication and continuous improvements Support Project Implementation in the different locations: generate new content, connect with local HR and leaders Project Management: create a clear overview of all projects and ensure the currency of the necessary data, reports controlling cross projects dependencies and deadlines Defining a marketing strategy for the department, create and publish content Student or Bachelors/master’s degree in economics, administration, operations, engineering, or another related field Excellent analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Pow-erpoint,Teams, Sharepoint, Mural) Prior administrative work is an advantage Good sense of organization and attention to details Multitasking attitude Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity Fluent in English and German **Benefits**: Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
