Johnson & Johnson is looking for an outstanding Operations Support Manager to join our Small Molecules team in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As Operations Support Manager you will be accountable to drive and lead activities in areas of Operational Excellence, Digital & Automation, Sustainability and Process Safety. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**:Drive innovation and efficiency in our operations. Supervise and report on important metrics related to sustainability, process safety and operational efficiency.
- **Digital**:Lead Automation and Digital Transformation activities. Stay informed about current trends, regulations, and effective approaches in the field of digital manufacturing.
- **Sustainability**:Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals in carbon footprint reduction. Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve operational processes and reduce environmental impact.
- **Safety**:Support the development of procedures and processes to ensure compliance with Process Safety.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues and partners both within and outside the organization to explore, define and implement improvement opportunities in the area of responsibility.
- **Stakeholder Management & Leadership**:Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years or more with hands-on experience in production and manufacturing environments, preferred in API manufacturing.
- Strategic problem solver with focus on implementing lasting solutions.
- Proven ability to lead strategic projects with a track record of significant operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge in safety, quality, sustainability and digital.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent knowledge of English and German.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
