Main Responsibilities:
The role achieves aftermarket sales objectives within the product range and the assigned region. It pursues leads and coordinates the aftermarket partners and activities in Germany and Switzerland, develops and grows our SOE (share of entitlement) and plans related activities, geared towards growth of aftermarket sales. The role acts in coordination with the Country Leader Germany Switzerland and with the sales executives in the market.
**_Areas of Focus: _**
- _Develop and grow Robuschi’s SOE (Share of Entitlement). Grow sales of Aftermarket parts and kits in Germany and Switzerland_
- _Ensure constant customer-satisfaction._
- _Develop and maintain close relationship with existing and potential aftermarket-partner, be it with internal partners or with 3rd parties. Negotiate and finalize cooperation/service-agreements._
- _Develop the “Lifecycle Marketing” for the installed base. Sell service-contracts._
- _Develop and implement solutions to service even 3rd party machines and technologies._
- _Be the direct aftermarket-contact for international OEMs._
- _Organize regular customer
- and distributor-trainings in the factory in Parma, in alignment with Robuschi’s AMT-Manager. _
- Frequent trainings and meetings in the region and in the factory in Parma (IT)
Key Competencies:
- Distinct inter-cultural and networking-competency
- Strong track-record in a similar Aftermarket role and/or Aftermarket sales role in the target-region and Industry
- Proficient, working with MS-Office-programs, SAP and/or Sales Force
- Ability to handle multiple customers, partners, peers and topics under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian, German and English language are essential. preferably also in French language
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or similar. Passion for technology Has a strong track-record in a similar Aftermarket Manager role and/or Sales role in the target-region and Industry.
