**Your role**
- Are you passionate about data & analytics? Always looking for a way to improve how things run, and always learning? And you want to be very close to business, building analyses and tools used by hundreds of users regularly?
- We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Asset Management Sales Insights & Technology team to:
- own multiple projects end-to-end - be your own business analyst, project manager, solution architect, developer, tester and business lead with help & support from your team colleagues
- Work on smaller projects and ad-hoc analysis, few weeks on migrating the data sources to a new infrastructure, or a big multi-month project on a new web-app to support people across Client Coverage organization
- Build tools and keep ownership of what you built
- Work diligently, control risk and have attention to detail due to the sensitive nature of data we work with
- learning new technologies (be it OpenAI models, Azure Kubernetes web-app hosting or way's to make our work-flow more efficient

- You'll be part of the Sales Insights & Technology team with
- 6 other data scientists.
- We are passionate about collaboration with other data scientists across the organization, working practically and pragmatic to help the business grow and stay close to our stakeholders and users

**Your expertise**
- We do not expect you to be an expert on the Asset Management industry or a grand-master in R or Python (though both are a bit of a benefit).- First experience on how data can be effectively structured, stored, retrieved, enriched, cross-connected and analyzed as well as visualized, shared.
- Knowledge of SQL, R or Python with focus on data ETL, output creation (Latex PDF, Rshiny web-apps would be an advantage
- Experience with Power BI(or other dashboarding solution)
- You should be a structed thinker, efficient collaborator and communicator, and be ready to collaborate across organization, ranks and geographies.
