**Be our strategic, creative and coordinating point of contact**

You will join our Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing team with 5 portfolio managers. Together, you will prioritise our communication and marketing resources strategically within the EMEA markets, which consists of approx. 34 countries.

Some of your other tasks will be to:

- Coordinate the work of our local marketing communication specialists and assist them with tasks like sending out and translating marketing materials
- Be point of contact for external agencies, critically assess their work and keep our EMEA brand guidelines updated
- Leave your own creative mark on our campaigns and develop marketing communication materials for e.g. product launches and social media
- Collaborate with our Communication Leader in the many areas where marketing and communication overlap
- Be responsible for our marketing communication budget

You will spend around 10% of your time travelling within the EMEA region.

You naturally possess the overview that is needed to succeed in your various coordination tasks. At the same time, you enjoy flexing your own creative muscles when making content and providing feedback to colleagues and external agencies.

You also have a high degree of cultural sensitivity - which does not get in the way of our ability to cut to the chase when making strategic priorities across markets.

We also imagine that you:

- Are a strong strategic thinker able to challenge the status quo
- Have a degree in communication, marketing or another relevant field
- Have experience with practical execution and strategic planning of marketing communication across different media - it does not have to be within our industry
- Are skilled in using e-marketing and marketing automation tools, as well as web CMS tools and design kits - knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, Microsoft dynamics and marketing automation tools will bring you a long way
- Have a high proficiency in English - any additional language in an asset.
