**HR Project Manager Intern**

**CONTEXT**

Over the last year, we have worked together as a HRD leadership community to align on a collective aspiration for our HR function. Our vision is built upon three memorable pillars, representing what makes Richemont unique and attractive for our colleagues; Belonging, Opportunity and Becoming.

The Group People Director’s mission is to bring to life and support this vision by providing strategic guidance as well as to drive HR operational topics as support to the Group’s Chief People Officer. The Group People Director is responsible for leading the strategic planning process, management of the Group HR roadmap and the HR project portfolio.

The Group People Director partners and collaborates with the Group Compensation & Rewards Director, the Group People Experience Director, the Group Talent Director and the Group HR Organization Director to fulfil the newly crafted vision.

The Group HR department currently has an opening for an internship with the Group People Director’s team for **a minimum of 6 months and ideally a 12-months period.**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
**You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:

- Assist in the creation and the support of the deliverables on Group HR’s strategic roadmap
- Capture Minutes of meetings and follow-up on the defined action plan Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating and managing the Group People Director agenda
- Brainstorm together with the Group People Director on the different HR’s initiatives
- Participate to the planning of global events for the HR community
- Support the Group People Director on the delivery of the different end-user’s documentation

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** ?
- BA or MA in an HR related field, Business, Project management or equivalent
- Experience in any kind of project management activity
- Strong in Excel, Visualization Tools
- Self-starter, attention to detail
- Adaptable and customer service oriented
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Positive and “can-do” attitude
- Fluent in both English and French
