**CONTEXT**
- In order to strengthen Richemont’s legal department, we are recruiting a
- **Legal Intern for a minimum of 6 to 8 months **to join our team to provide legal advice and assistance to Richemont central functions and industrial entities in Switzerland, to regional in the EMEA region as well as to Richemont Maisons.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will work with
- **talented multidisciplinary colleagues** on those different tasks:
- **Support of 2/3 legal counsels of Group Legal** in the rendering of legal services, e.g. as regards distribution matters, commercial contracts etc...
- **Handling of legal projects **such as the finalisation of the post-contractual non-compete and non-solicitation clauses and helping with agreements
- **Interactions with Group Legal** colleagues as well as **business stakeholders within Richemont Group Functions Regions and our Maisons.**

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** ?- **Bachelor/Master's degree in law **or equivalent
- **Previous experience in similar roles** appreciated
- Fluent in **French & English**:

- Available for a period of a minimum of **6 to 8 months**
