**CONTEXT**
- We are looking for a creatively talented and qualified trainee to join us as part of our
- **Executive Communication and Creative Studio team,** as
- ** part of the Richemont Group Internal Communications Team for a 1-year period.**
- In this position you will be required to
- ** juggle priorities and meet the needs of the creative team, able to switch between photography, graphics, animation, video, text and digital requests to meet the needs of the team and global stakeholders.**
- You will a
- **ssist the Manager of the Creative Studio on a wide range of projects**,
- **assisting on shoots and learning to use our Content Management System to upload and publish content on our global intranet**. Talented at writing or interviewing? We can put your skills to use by also
- **assisting in creating journalistic content for our executive and strategic projects.**

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- Assist the Creative Studio in **management of all creative projects and agenda,** including travel, logistics and interview scheduling with senior management and internal stakeholders
- Assist in **photography and video shootings.**:

- Use the **Richemont content management system and newsletter platforms** to assist the team in their mission
- Assist in **overseeing all technical aspects of video recording and editing**:

- **Shoot and edit videos**:

- **Insert your creative and technical knowledge of video, graphics, animation and photography while maintaining the Company’s brand guidelines and reputation**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- BA or Master Degree in **journalism, communication, graphics, videography, digital editing, visual communications,** or similar
- Preferable, **previous internship or work experience in a creative field**:

- Required **computer software skills**:Proficiency in PC-based **Adobe Creative Cloud**, **After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and Bridge. Also proficient in Microsoft Office 365 basics; Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.**:

- **Creative thinker**, in tune with the latest trends
- Ability to **work both independently and as part of the wider internal communications team.**:

- Good** time-management skills**.
- **Willingness to learn and optimize **the translation of complex information into concise, engaging videos.
- **Work on several projects simultaneously **from concept through completion.
- **Detail oriented **with **good communication and stakeholder management skills.**:

- **Portfolio required** with **examples of creative projects **from professional or university experience
