**The Role**:
ISZN is an inclusive international community where every child is known and nurtured. We adopt an innovative approach to educational best practice and provide a relevant and inspiring curriculum. Children up to Grade 5 follow the IB Primary Years
Programme, with a focus on developing the whole child as an inquirer, harnessing their natural curiosity and creativity. We
have developed our own Middle Years programme for Grades 6-8 which combines the best of the IB and English National Curricula, before students progress to IGCSEs and A-Levels in Grades 9-12.

We have an opportunity for a Head of Primary to join us, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the Primary school. The role also involves being part of the ISZN whole school Strategic Leadership Team.

We believe this role presents a wonderful opportunity for an individual willing to be flexible, open-minded and collaborative.
