About the job

In this role, you would be designing & developing all customer facing packaging tools (primary & secondary packaging) for all product categories for retail and online; be responsible from idea and concept development to technical release within the budget, time, cost targets, quality, compliance in line with brand positioning.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reinforce brand identity through impactful packaging and foster emotional connections with customers during unpacking- Transform insights into actionable plans for global packaging, collaborating with internal or external partners, and develop a comprehensive strategy for all product categories- Lead design, development, and technical release of primary and secondary packaging globally within budget constraints- Define a streamlined packaging development process, emphasizing technical aspects, cost estimations, and quality assurance- Drive continuous improvement for existing packaging solutions, introducing sustainability innovations and managing project budgets and schedules- Serve as a key liaison between departments and partners, providing updates on packaging tool development and facilitating global-to-local implementation- Establish the Signature Gift/Gift with Purchase strategy within budget and quality parameters, develop & deploy the gifts to markets- Define Staff Uniform strategy, create guidelines for local market implementation.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree (MBA or other Master); packaging degree or packaging knowledge is welcome- 5 years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role within an international setting- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- Proven project management skills- Strong vertical & lateral leadership skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Knowledge of packaging development & technical specifications- Good presentation skills- Management of external agencies, suppliers & partners- Strong commercial sense
