Join our team of about 303 000 colleagues around the globe and help us creating environments that care. **What part will you play?** - In your role you structure a global strategy program for new scope of "Regionalization/Diversification and productivity Strategy" in SI BP procurement - By doing so your program management tasks will focus on capturing all relevant work-streams in SI BP under one lead and driving progress by active involvement - Furthermore, you capture started/running activities in the global SI BP procurement team, trigger new relevant actions, create regular reporting and action tracking - Involving in reviews of global locations and joining scouting of new potential sourcing markets are also part of your task area - Driving integration of program in running SI BP business supported by the SI BP procurement management team rounds off your task profile **Your skills** - The basis of your success is a Master's degree in business administration or similar - Furthermore, you bring long-term professional experience as strategic buyer or commodity manager - Due to the character as program manager, project management experience is recommended, including leading without authority and virtual collaboration - You are familiar with project-relevant instruments and KPIs required for project controlling - Additionally, you bring SCM processes understanding as well as of Siemens SCM Strategy - Knowledge of Demand, Market and Supplier Analyses is required. - Analytical problem solving and decision making skills characterize you and change management, as well as collaborating virtually are routine for you - You master communication in a virtual or personal environment, with diverse personalities and communication styles. - Fluent English skills complete your profile **Who and where we are** Find out why Siemens is chosen every year as one of the most popular employers in Switzerland, and get a first impression of a new working environment and the people who could be your new work colleagues.
