Head of Supply Chain Innovation

As Head of Supply Chain Innovation, you will play a key leadership role within the Supply Chain Leadership organization, driving end-to-end supply chain excellence for innovation across all collections. You will ensure that all innovation projects are delivered On Time, In Full (OTIF), and critically, In Perfect Quality. In partnership with R&D (Packaging and Formula), Marketing, and Supply Chain functions, you will shape and continuously improve processes to meet commercial, sustainability, cost, and complexity objectives, while setting new benchmarks for agility and operational excellence.

This role requires a proven people leader with a passion for developing talent, driving change, and influencing at all levels across a diverse, cross-functional environment.

The role is part of the SC Leadership team and reports to the VP Supply Chain.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Own and deliver innovation projects end-to-end, ensuring On Time, In Full, In Budget, In Quality (**OTIFIBIQ**) execution from discovery phase through production.
- Shape, implement, and continuously improve supply chain processes that enable robust, agile, and efficient delivery of innovations, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Balance time-to-market, cost, complexity, and risk while ensuring sustainability and value engineering targets are met without compromise on quality.
- Act as a senior supply chain leader in the category, co-developing strategies and innovation pipelines, and aligning resources to deliver them effectively.
- Lead and develop the SCPM team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.
- Serve as the primary Supply Chain voice for innovation, influencing key decisions and ensuring supply chain considerations are integrated from concept to execution.
- Drive and role model change management, guiding teams through transformation and building resilience and engagement in times of change.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the courage to challenge, the ability to align, and the skills to deliver win-win solutions.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain, including significant team leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in delivering innovation projects OTIFIBIQ, with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated change management capability and success in leading teams through transformation and organizational change.
- Strong people leadership skills: experience in developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing, diverse teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and conflict management skills; diplomatic, persuasive, and courageous in voice and action.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
