Outside the brochures, the designer will be creating posters, flyers and sprucing up some of our existing materials for various countries. Since you will work with a range of materials in multiple languages and different formats, it is important that you are flexible, detail-oriented and have solid technical print design knowledge.

**As a Graphic Designer, you will**:

- Work closely with a multi-skilled and international team of creatives
- Be a key player in the execution of our brochure production, prepare files for translations, align with template grid and finalise files for professional printing
- Communicate with stakeholders worldwide to support them with the design and production of printed marketing materials such as posters, flyers and ads
- Be part of our Publications team and support colleagues with daily tasks

**This is you**:

- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design + 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- A sound understanding/experience in editorial print design (ie. typography and layout/grid development)
- Fluent English skills (other languages are a plus)
- Unflinching attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic mindset
- Self-driven and able to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A desire to grow within an international company
- Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder)
