Aufgaben

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using current design software (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Figma) to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet our business objectives
- Obtain input from management, thoroughly ensuring designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing, customer success and UX team, meeting deadlines and scheduling project implementation based on workload
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Qualifikation

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 5+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the German language is must as we focus mainly on a German speaking target audience
