Dagsmejan Ventures AG is a health and wellbeing start-up based in Zurich with the mission to bring step change improvements to sleep quality and thereby life quality with a range of innovative smart sleepwear and adjacent products.

Since our launch in 2018 we have seen huge demand for our products with customers in over 80 countries and over 50 partners distributing our products worldwide. Selling 90% of our products direct to consumer directly to consumers Dagsmejan was also nominated as one of the most innovative new brands by the SEF 2021.

To continue to grow and to build on our dialogue with our customer we are looking for a Graphic Designer. The position will be based in the Zurich area.

**What you will be doing...**
- Further develop and drive governance of brand visual identity, guidelines, and toolkits
- Further define the creative direction and ensure it is being followed throughout all design projects internally and externally
- Ensure design excellence from ideation to execution, managing seamless project transition from design development to design finalization
- Hands-on developing design assets:

- Create assets for 360 Campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Develop printed and digital collaterals (POS, packaging material, marketing material such as brochures, flyers, PPTs, etc.)
- Create visuals and animations for social channels
- Create video and photoshoot briefs
- Develop image and video assets from the shoots

**Your profile...**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in design
- 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer
- Working experience with:

- Adobe Creative Suite (with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Motion Design and editing skills using After Effects/ Premiere Pro is a plus
- Knowledgeable in digital media design (social, website, e-commerce)
- Ability to share work portfolio (don’t forget to share it when you apply)
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and excellent problem solver. Enjoy coming up with creative solutions
- Up-to-date with digital and non-digital design trends
- Interested to get hands-on experience in setting up and growing a multi-channel business
- Affinity to consumer products at the intersection of fashion and function
- Interest in health, wellbeing, sports and sleep
- Fluent in English (oral and in written); German is a plus
