Site Manager w/m/d (100%)

**Ihre Haupttätigkeiten**
- Strategische und operative Gesamtleitung des Standortes Liebefeld Bern
- Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
- Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung des Management Teams
- Profit & Loss - Verantwortung für ca. 70 Millionen Umsatz
- Erstellung und Analysen der operativen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen inkl. regelmässigen Reportings
- Massnahmen planen und durchführen, damit personell, anlage
- und infrastrukturtechnisch die Ziele der strategischen Mehrjahresplanung erreicht werden
- Weiterentwicklung des Personals, der Anlagen und der Infrastruktur entsprechend dem Stand der Technik
- Analyse und Optimierung des gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozesses inkl. Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit, Effizienz und Qualität durch die Weiterentwicklung von Methoden des Lean-Managements (5S, Shopfloor, Lean-Production, KVP, TPM, etc.)
- Sicherstellung der übergeordneten Kapazitäts-, Ressourcen
- und Produktionsplanung anhand der Verkaufs-Planzahlen und der definierten Wachstumsstrategie
- Initiierung und Steuerung von Transformations
- und Innovationsprozessen

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Geschäftsführungs
- oder vergleichbaren leitenden Position idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Starke Führungs
- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
