**Responsibilities**:

- Head of department for electrical assembly
- Responsible for resource & budget planning,
- Realisation of the internal electrical assembly and external installation of our insulators
- Ensuring efficient, qualitative and cost
- as well as on-time project execution
- Continuous development and improvement of internal processes
- Personal and professional development of employees
- Close exchange and interdepartmental cooperation with stakeholders
- Participation in the strategy and future planning of the division
- Responsible for electrical safety in the assembly hall
- Ensuring compliance with our GMP guidelines and professional documentation
- Responsible to the Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations ESTI

Hardskills
- Proven expertise in accordance with NIV, e.g. as a federally certified electrician
- Several years of professional and management experience in an industrial environment
- Preferably experience in plant construction/control cabinet construction
- Basic knowledge of the EN60204 & EN61439 standards
- Leadership with key performance indicators (KPI)
- Experience with lean management
- Fluent in German and English
