**Group Head of Consolidation Systems and Development**:

As the Group Head of Consolidation Systems and Development you will be reporting to the Head of Accounting and Internal Controls of the ABB Group, headquartered in Switzerland. The Consolidation Systems and Development Team is part of ABB’s Group Corporate Controlling function. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the systems used in the Group financial consolidation process.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Directly manage a small team of professionals in the timely execution of maintenance and administration of the group consolidation system.
- Coordination and planning of ad-hoc system changes, both short term to long term, with multiple stakeholders, across different IT landscapes.
- Design and implement processes to improve the end-to-end reporting process within the Group.
- Act as liaison between finance and IT professionals as they relate to the Group Consolidation system.
- First point of contact for the group external auditors on topics related to consolidation system logic and reports.
- Engage with Finance Transformation Program to share consolidation expertise to design the future record-to-report process at ABB.

**Your background**:

- University degree (Masters preferred) in Accounting / Finance with strong interest and knowledge in IT.
- 10-15 years experience, a significant proportion of which has been managing a team and with previous consolidation system experience with a multinational company.
- Experience dealing with consolidation implications of M&A activities, significant knowledge and experience with Oracle EPM Hyperion Financial Management system 11.1.2.4 and previous experience with Oracle FDMEE is an advantage.
- Experience working with virtual teams and shared service centers, high level of attention to detail, superior analytical and organization skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is needed.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization, high level of ambiguity tolerance.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels and contributing to a team.
