we have wonderful opportunity for a young Treasurer with **potential**_
**Our client is a global renewable energy company, they are looking to hire a young “hands-on” Treasury/Cash Management/Payments Officer to work out of the “Zurich Office” and support a fast-growing team offshore.**

**You maybe required to travel (short trips to locations where they hold ongoing business activities).**

**TREASURY / CASH MANAGEMENT / PAYMENTS (Corporate or Banking)**
- The role: _
- Responsible for the global Cash Management processes, including funding strategies, banking operations, cash flows, foreign exchange execution, Letter of Credit and guaranty facilities, and interest optimization
- Support the Group Controller with building and maintaining long-term cash flow forecasting models and to develop key treasury metrics
- Develop, update, and monitor Treasury operational policies, support internal and external audit requirements
- Provide strategic guidance in managing banking operations by managing float, liquidity, structuring, net cost of funding while optimizing reserves
- Originate corporate lines for debt, bank guarantees and letter of credits to support an ever-growing development pipeline
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement best practices and automate key processes within Treasury
- Lead key strategic treasury projects - including streamlining treasury processes, controls, risk management, bank account structure and account rationalization, inter-company funding, payments, etc., among others
- Manage global banking projects and global banking relationship
- Lead, coordinate and oversee key global treasury/liquidity and risk management activities
- Manage investment of excess cash and determine short-term and long-term investment options
- Requirements: _
- Commercial Banking diploma with a further education or degree educated
- At least 3 years (this is neither a senior nor junior role) treasury experience either corporate or banking, with a proven-track record of driving continuous process improvement and automation within a growing Finance organization - **WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WITH POTENTIAL**:

- Treasury knowledge (Cash Management, FX/MM, Interest Optimization, Payments, Funding, Cash Flows, also possibly L/C and Guaranty Facilities) - **YOU MUST HAVE SOME OF THESE EXPERIENCES - NOT ALL**:

- We are seeking a 'hands-on' person, executing detailed transactions independently and coordinating input from others, with **Strong **attention to details and a good business sense
- Some project experience, flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently, but an excellent team-player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1 / C2 level), with the ability to build strong relationships
- Have intellectual curiosity to seek knowledge and problem solve independently with mínimal direct supervision
- IT savvy with knowledge of relevant treasury management systems
