**Teamleitung Organizational Development and Performance (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Organizational Consulting
- Ableiten, Erarbeiten und Definition der abteilungsinternen Ziele, Strategien und Fahrplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie, -kultur und -werte
- Unterstützung und Beratung bei internationalen sowie lokalen Umstrukturierungen
- Konzeption und Bereitstellung eines bedarfsorientierten Portfolios bestehend aus verschiedenen Dienstleistungen wie Workshops, Maßnahmen zur Teamentwicklung, Förderung der Effektivität innerhalb und zwischen Abteilungen, etc.
- Ausbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Beratungsdienstleistungen, Instrumenten, Methoden, etc.
- Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen HR Business Partnern

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisationentwicklung wünschenswert
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Internationales Mindset, Fingerspitzengefühl und diplomatisches Geschick
- Professionelles, verbindliches Auftreten, gute Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 25 %
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
