**Position Overview**:
The Social Media Coordinator at F45 Training Quai du Seujet will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community and promoting the studio through various social media channels. This role is ideal for a fitness enthusiast with a knack for creating engaging content and a solid understanding of social media platforms. You will create, manage and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive member engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Content Creation & Management
- Content Development : Design and create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including posts, stories and videos
- Scheduling & Planning : Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule
- Visual Content Production : Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing classes, events and the vibrant community at F45

2) Community Engagement
- Interaction : Engage with followers and members by responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely and positive manner
- User-Generated Content : Promote and curate user-generated content to foster a sense of community and encourage member participation
- Interactive Features : Utilize features like polls, Q&A sessions and live videos to engage the audience and gather feedback

3) Strategy & Analytics
- Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the team to plan and implement social media campaigns around studio events, promotions and F45 Challenges
- Performance Tracking : Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth and reach, providing regular reports to the studio manager
- Trend Analysis : Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly in the fitness industry, to keep content relevant and engaging

4) Collaboration & Branding
- Consistency in Branding : Ensure all social media content aligns with F45’s branding guidelines and tone
- Team Collaboration : Work with the studio manager and other team members to highlight events, success stories and studio updates
- Influencer Collaboration : Identify and coordinate with local influencers or brand ambassadors to increase reach and attract new members

**Qualifications**:
1) Experience
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated passion for fitness and an understanding of F45 Training’s values and community

2) Skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
- Basic skills in photography and videography
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
- Analytical skills to track and interpret social media metrics

3) Attributes

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
