Project & Business Development Manager for global expansion into the UK market (Translation | Legal | Real Estate) Crissier, Lausanne | UK Market Expansion Focus | Full-Time |

**ABC Translation** a fast-growing Swiss company, is seeking a Project and Business Development manager to play a central role in our business development strategy with a strong focus on expanding into the UK market.

This is a cross-functional role spanning translation services, digital marketing, and real estate development, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, innovation and self drive.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Translation Project Management**
- Prepare client quotes and manage inquiries
- Oversee invoicing and internal operations
- Maintain translator networks, including translator networks abroad, and client relations

**Business Development & UK Growth Strategy**
- Lead SEO initiatives and manage Google Ads strategy
- Write and submit tenders and proposals
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Drive business expansion into the UK: research, partnerships, brand positioning, and client acquisition

**Real Estate Coordination**
- Help manage and expand our student housing portfolio in Lausanne
- Oversee the administrative management of all rental properties
- Support the development of our new real estate company, Student Housing through business development ventures

**Key Requirement: Deep Knowledge of the UK Market**
- Understanding of UK legal, commercial, and cultural norms.
- Ability to help tailor our services, marketing, and client communication for the UK audience
- Existing UK connections or market insight highly valued

**Your Profile**
- Background in legal, marketing, project coordination, management, business development.
- Strong strategic and organisational skills
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, collaborative
- Hands-on SEO or social media management experience
- Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes
- Past leadership or start-up experience in the UK
