Derzeit suchen wir einen **Junior Onsite Audit Support**. Treten Sie unserem Team bei und tragen Sie dazu bei, die hohen Standards der Audit-Exzellenz aufrechtzuerhalten. **Aufgabenbereich**:

- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits, um eine organisierte Sammlung notwendiger Dokumentationen sicherzustellen.
- Bereitstellung von Vor-Ort-Unterstützung während Audits zur Erleichterung der Kommunikation zwischen Teams.
- Verwaltung einer bedeutenden Menge an Dokumentationen, um Genauigkeit zu gewährleisten.
- Erstellung von Qualifikationsdokumenten gemäß den Auditstandards.
- Erstellung von Präsentationen zur effektiven Kommunikation der Auditbefunde.
- Erlernen der IT-Systeme des Kunden und Aktualisierung von Best Practices im Bereich Auditunterstützung.
- Dienen als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Kommunikation zwischen Abteilungen während Audits.
- Demonstration von starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten und proaktivem Problemlösungsverhalten.

**Requirements**:

- Proaktive und neugierige Denkweise mit einer starken Lernbereitschaft.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentation und Erstellung von Qualifikationsdokumenten.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und kooperativ zu arbeiten.
- Keine vorherige Erfahrung erforderlich - umfassende Schulung wird bereitgestellt.
- Gültiger Führerschein für Reisen zwischen den Standorten des Kunden in der Schweiz.
- Fließend in **Deutsch **und **Englisch**; Kenntnisse in Französisch sind von Vorteil.
- Bewerber müssen ein Führungszeugnis vorlegen.
