**Your role**
- Are you a professional athlete exploring a future in finance? We’re looking for someone who brings the same discipline and drive from sports into field of finance.

You’ll get to:

- be involved in projects across the business, giving you access to a global network of contacts
- gain insight into the operations of a global financial institution and its various divisions, functions and teams

**Your team**
- You’ll be based in the HR team in Zürich and you’ll rotate into our Investment Bank to work on interesting projects. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your development and success.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 6 months prior to the internship start date (ideally in banking & finance/business administration or similar degree)
- is a professional athlete with the ability to work 30% on average
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands

**Your program**
- This is a six to nine month part-time internship (30%) designed to give you real-life experience in banking while pursuing your professional athlete ambitions. You’ll have the chance to rotate into Investment Bank Research, work on impactful projects, and build the skills needed to grow your professional career alongside your athletic commitments. This internship is a pilot, where you’re an important part of helping us shape it for the future.
