**Your role**
- Interested in working in marketing/finance but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our investment Bank Marketing business.

You’ll get to:

- secure venues, hotel rooms, limousine transfers and flights
- enter new projects in UBS's own project management software
- overlook the invitation process including creation of invitations
- perform follow-up procedures including billing process
- support senior project managers and running own projects
- organize virtual and physical meetings and events
- provide onsite support of various events and roadshows
- interact with internal and external clients and suppliers

**Your team**
- You’ll be working with other event marketing specialists for the UBS Investment Bank Switzerland in Opfikon as well as our global
offices. We are responsible for client events and conferences as well as for company roadshows which we organize and adapt depending on business needs due to the current market
environment. Our aim is to ensure that we deliver the optimum service around logistics and communication to our external and internal clients, allowing our clients to concentrate their time and
energy on the business meetings.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in marketing, event management)
- has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German required
- has strong organizational skills and can handle multiple projects at the same time
- has a good command of Microsoft Office and some experience with virtual platforms (e.g.. Zoom, Webex, MS Teams)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: August 2025

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
