UX/UI Designer

Tasks

What you will work on

We are a startup with people at the center, technology at the core, and strong growth. We need support in the areas of UX/UI Design, Social Media, and Communication. Based on your strengths and interests, we will design a job profile that meets these points or develop it together in a different direction. The person (you) is in the center, we will find out the rest together.
- Design user interfaces that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive
- Create design mockups and prototypes for testing
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Work with design and marketing teams to create visuals for social media posts
- Translate Aepsy’s business concepts into internal and external communication

- You have an eye for great product experiences, design, and aesthetics to carry the message and value of the Aepsy brand across all channels.
- The exact field of study is not relevant. What counts is the right intention, your will to make a difference, passion, your former work and the ability to link deep thought with concrete action.

In a nutshell
- You are fluent in Figma and other design tools
- You have the belief to improve the world through action
- You enjoy dealing with life and the psyche
- You have education or work experience that shows you can turn resistance into personal success
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written)

Plus (really nice to have)
- German and/or French spoken and written
- Video-editing & motion design skills (After effects, Premiere or Canvas )
- Background in psychology
- Personal experience and reflections with mental stress
