A passionate and dedicated professional eager to join a dynamic PR, Press & Events department. Reporting to the International Public Relation Manager, you will assist in developing the press strategy of the Maison and ensure the effective implementation in all markets.

- Do you have more than 8 years’ experience in PR & Communications with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury sector?
- Do you have strong communication skills and are you a team player?
- Do you have strong press contacts in lifestyle, luxury, watches & jewelry field?
- Are you proficient (reading & writing) in English and French?
- Are you pro-active and results driven with the ability to multitask?
- Do you have advanced knowledge in PowerPoint and DMR?

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**

**Key responsibilities**
- Define the Lifestyle Press Strategy of the Maison: timeline, audiences, and press messages
- Optimize PR performance through media visibility and press events
- Create Press release and key messages for global strategic events, corporate news, endorsement and collaboration news
- Maintain strong relationship with local PR and develop guidelines
- Follow-up and challenge the KPI’s of the markets
- Create reports via DMR tool

**Media Relations / PR**
- Be proactive, always keeping relevant press/media aware of new developments
- Respond to all Press enquiries - directly or via Local PR
- Manage the invitation of key press to attend our international events
- Maintain and develop a network of contacts in the media, especially in the fields of art and culture

**Local PR teams**
- Support local PR in all press communication
- Coordinate press trips and events with local PR team
- Follow the on-boarding of new PR / PR agency

**Writing**
- Manage press kit creation in coordination with internal teams (product, digital and creative team)
- Copywriting / Translation / proofreading of press releases

**Reporting**
- Monthly reporting of all activities - Measure successes, both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting competitor activity, relevant industry trends and opportunities
