This position is responsible for developing and increasing FBO sales revenues in the EMEA & APAC Region. As FBO Sales Manager you will be responsible for a defined territory and promote Jet Aviation Services within the Jet Aviation FBO network. You will be responsible to quickly understand the relevant players in your territory, build up a relationship with the clients and sell our services. You will act as a key account manager and be the main point of contact within Jet Aviation for the clients in your region. - Internally, you will cooperate with the team and prepare and execute admin related items, such as preparing proposals and agreements / contracts and calculations through a defined sales process and transfer to execution. You will ensure that the client has a good project experience when coming to Jet Aviation and support the client thereafter. - By thriving to constantly improve the business processes you will support the growth of revenue in line with the organization's vision and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the various departments and FBO's to ensure that the Jet Aviation meets its targets and objectives globally and execute effectively. You will be focusing on increasing market shares and revenues by filling the sales funnel, executive sales tasks as mentioned above and closing and reporting. Furthermore, you will be increasing sales funnels by researching new customer groups and preparing a sales strategy to accommodate these in Jet Aviation's FBO Sales Strategy. This is a sales job like no other - Description/Tasks: - Full accountability for achieving sales objectives for FBO in the region - Representing all Jet Aviation sites in front of customers and new customer groups - Managing the client relationship through the full sales cycle and supporting the client with any questions thereafter - Build-up of network of decision-makers, partners, representatives and authorities in the relevant FBO market - Regular sales visits and visits to trade shows, preparing the meetings thoroughly with all information available - Responsible for business development through identifying new opportunities, following up negotiating, and closing the deals - Qualification/Experience: - at least 5 years' experience in sales and FBO (Aviation Services) or related area - Fluent in English and German language skills (French or Arabic is a plus) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - High courtesy and customer orientation - Ability to work flexible schedules and to travel frequently - Strong mathematical understanding and understanding of business calculations - Strong business aviation network - Result driven - able to execute with high personal accountability - Strong influencing skills - Cross - cultural agility - Strong initiative and self - motivation, willing to go the "extra mile" for the benefit of clients - Strong personal values according to the GD Ethos (THAT - Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency) - Jet Aviation AG - Ms Kristin Pollack
