For our customer, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, we are looking for a committed and qualified professional for the position of Operator MAB (M/F/d) at the Basel site. In this operational role, you will support the Large Molecules production area in the manufacturing of Ocre batches (clinical and PPQ) and make a key contribution to ensuring smooth production operations.

You will be working in a GMP-regulated environment in both Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) and will be fully integrated into the shift model (USP: 3/3/3 shift pattern, DSP: 6/4 shift pattern). Your responsibilities include preparation and weighing of raw materials, sampling, supporting plant maintenance activities, as well as cleaning and material management tasks.

**Must Haves**:

- Educational background: Chemikant Bio/Chemietechnologue / technical background / understanding and manual skills required
- Professional background: Experienced in Pharmaceutical / GMP production environment
- Hard skills: Physical work is required. Supports weighing processes. Handling of raw materials
- IT skills: Office basics, works with MES/PLS (electronic documentation system)
- Language skills: fluently German speaking and writing
- IT knowledge (especially MES (PMX. PharmaSuite)
- German language skills (absolute must have), fluent in English
