The finance team oversees the day-to-day financial operations as well as managing the company’s cash flow, accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. We play a crucial role in forecasting and sustaining TEAM’s success.
**The role**:
As Finance Executive, you will support the Finance team in ensuring efficient and accurate Accounts Payable procedures. In addition to overseeing invoice processing, you will be a key internal point of contact to provide help and guidance across financial, expenses and accounting related matters.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing employee expenses:
- processing invoices, payments and corporate credit card transactions
- auditing staff travel expenses
- monitoring petty cash and cash expenses
- Processing reminders and statements of accounts
- Booking transactions and reconciling accounts within a subsidiary
- Assisting with monthly/yearly closing procedures
- Reviewing and implementing financial policies and guidelines
- Resolving and responding to queries both internally and externally
- Supporting with various administrative and ad hoc tasks
You have experience working in accounting and/or finance, ideally within an international organisation. It’s important that you can effectively manage tight deadlines, stay organised and prioritise your work and tasks. In addition to being detail-orientated, your deep understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel) and an affinity for a bookkeeping program will be a valuable asset. Finally, your welcoming and approachable demeanour make interacting with colleagues easy and effective.
