We are looking for an

**HR Business Partner (100%)**

**Job specification**
- Support allocated client group with all HR related queries and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across the business
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with key clients and visit clients on a regular basis
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Manage the complete HR life cycle and drive HR processes & procedures
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate HR administration for allocated client group (approx. 150 employees)
- Alternate with two other members of the HR team to lead monthly outsourced payroll process and ensure that payroll data and related tasks are properly and efficiently transferred to the vendor
- Support the HR annual compensation and bonus review process, bottom-up calculations, line-by-line checks, bonus and salary decisions, communication and liaise with London (HR, Comp & Benefits Team)
- Participate or lead HR projects
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Liaise with HR colleagues in the London office (our headquarters), as well as other locations
- Support HR team (six members) with various projects, the development of HR policies and procedures

**Required profile**
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education combined with a degree in Human Resources (HR Fachfrau/Fachmann) or similar
- Several years of relevant work experience in an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detailed, efficient and structured with administrative tasks
- Demonstrates integrity, respect and professionalism and maintains confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
