Head Funds Operations / Control Treasury Activity
Aufgaben
Team leader with special responsibility for processes, tools and systems in a fund environment / Responsible for controlling and reporting (FX and P&L) of the Bank's trading book with focus on a wide range of structured products e.g. equities, fixed income, funds and others / Responsible for correct limit supervision incl. limit changes and documentation / Responsible for market conform valuation parameters / Responsible for correct daily P&L reporting and regular review of reporting processes / Interface with Trading, Treasury, Accounting, Operations, IT / Responsible for testing and parameter checks / Responsible for the risk and valuation control framework / Business analysis, optimizing the systems and planning of strategic projects / Closed collaboration with several stakeholders in and outside the bank.
Qualifikation
University degree / ACCA, CPA, CAIA or CFA advantageous / Banking experience within controlling of the treasury activity / As team leader being role model with empathy for team members / Sound knowledge of derivatives and its management / Experienced in problem-solving in product control environment / Know-how in analyzing front-to-back reconciliation issues / Experienced in qualitative and quantitative structuring / Ability to streamline processes / Problem-solving skills / Ability to work under time pressure in a fast-paced work environment / Proficient use of e. g. Excel, Access, SQL / German and English.
