**IN SHORT**

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Team Lead Tech to guide and mentor a team of developers while actively contributing to the technical design and implementation of our products. You will act as the bridge between the technical team and product stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Our software ecosystem spans internal operational tools like our Warehouse App, Pick-by-Light System, Inventory Management, and Menu Planning platforms; customer-facing POS solutions at fridges and coffee machines; and mobile and web apps for end consumers.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and coordinate all software development activities and priorities across our Swiss and US markets, including roadmap and project ownership
- Guide the development of a unified Software and IoT landscape, and drive architectural decisions across the stack
- Define and oversee a comprehensive authentication and authorization strategy for internal and external users, including a robust access concept across the full stack.
- Lead and mentor a growing cross-functional team of developers while maintaining high engineering standards and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Ensure smooth and coordinated feature delivery, deployment processes, and third-level support for both CH and US Markets
- Take budget and cost ownership and actively manage internal and external resources for software development initiatives

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead, with a strong hands-on engineering background
- Strong proficiency in technologies such as React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and Go
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience leading agile teams and mentoring developers, with a genuine interest in people management and team development
- Passionate about clean, maintainable code and scalable systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus

**OUR TECH STACK**

Our platform is built using a modern, cloud-native architecture. We run our services on Azure, containerized with Docker and orchestrated via Kubernetes. Infrastructure is defined with Pulumi and managed through ArgoCD for GitOps-style deployments.

On the frontend, we rely on React and TypeScript to deliver rich, maintainable web interfaces. Backend services are primarily developed in C#/.NET and Python 3. For Python-based services, we use Django alongside SQLAlchemy.

Our data stack includes Python, DBT, and Snowflake, orchestrated with Airflow and visualized primarily through Tableau.
