**Deine Rolle**:

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Planung, Koordination, Leitung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von internen Projekten
- Projektmanagement
- Umsetzung von Lösungen und Produkten am Markt
- Umsetzung von technischen Lösungen im Bereich Manufacturing
- Definition von Vorgaben für die Forschung und Entwicklung
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Schulungen/Seminaren

**Deine Skills**:

- Ausbildung als Polymechaniker
- HF oder FH-Weiterbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau
- Kenntnisse der Zerspanung, Fertigungstechnik und Produktionswissenschaften
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch
