**Deine Rolle**:

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Leiten des Process Engineering-Teams und Verantwortung für die Prozessoptimierung und -entwicklung
- Identifizierung von Engpässen und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Qualität
- Entwicklung von Produktionskonzepten und Sicherstellung der Umsetzbarkeit in der Produktion
- Koordination von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und -entwicklung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeits
- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
- Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker
- Weiterbildung HF oder FH-Weiterbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Process Engineering oder Produktion
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
