Join us as HSEQ Process Implementation Manager and help shape how safety and quality are lived in six countries. Your responsibilities You lead the implementation of HSEQ systems and processes across our core countries, from initial planning to successful rolloutRollout strategies aren't one-size-fits-all – you'll design implementation plans and adapt our corporate HSEQ standards to local ragulations, environments, and work culturesDuring key phases, you're on the ground with operational teams, making implementation not just a concept, but a lived realityBy running audits, inspections, and trainings, you build awareness and ensure high compliance throughout the supply chainYou'll track key HSEQ metrics and promote continuous improvement through meaningful dataActing as a bridge between local sites and corporate functions, you ensure our HSEQ strategy lands where it matters most: in daily operations Your expertise A background in science, engineering or occupational safety forms your foundation; NEBOSH, IOSH or similar certifications are an advantageYou bring several years of HSEQ experience, ideally in the wind, energy, infrastructure or construction sectorFluency in English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantageYou combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are comfortable working across cultures and bordersCommunication and coaching are your strengths-whether you're working with technicians or top management, you build trust and clarityInfluencing without authority, coaching others, and managing priorities in fast-changing environments are part of your DNA We are not interested in enquiries from recruitment agencies.
